1. Services

SecureMe247 LLC provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to managed security, SOC monitoring, penetration testing, incident response, and compliance consulting. Services are delivered according to the terms agreed in individual service agreements.

2. Engagement

All managed security engagements require a minimum 12-month commitment. Month-to-month options are available at a premium rate. Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice after the initial term.

3. Confidentiality

Client data is treated as strictly confidential. We are bound by NDAs and handle all security assessments with professional care.

4. Limitation of Liability

SecureMe247 provides security services to industry standards but cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
